Nathan co-founded Thomas Executive in 2022, bringing over 25 years of experience in senior finance roles to the business. He began his career at Ernst & Young in Business Services before moving into commercial accounting at the Australian Securities Exchange, David Jones, and many other notable companies.

 

Throughout his career, Nathan has built high-performing finance teams and served as CFO for several organizations, including ASX-listed COG Financial Services. He has also held multiple directorships and company secretarial positions, overseeing HR, legal, and operational functions.

Nathan is a passionate Chartered Accountant (FCA) who stays current with industry changes, ensuring he can effectively screen candidates for technical skills—a rare quality in the recruitment market. Clients appreciate his focus on quality over quantity, while candidates value his candid feedback, CV and interview preparation assistance, and thorough knowledge of his clients and the roles he recruits for.
